Holder of numerous top research awards, her academic and general publication focus includes: transnational citizenship, identity, transformation, and cross-cultural dialogue, feminist perspectives on communication and business leadership.

Philip HORHAGER
Dipl.-Ing. aero, MBA
An experienced Project Manager with Project Management Institute PMP and ASQ Six Sigma Black Belt certifications, Philip has a background in aerospace engineering. His industry experience includes leadership positions at leading tech companies, including TTTech, business aviation Lufthansa Technik, Bombardier-Learjet, Airbus, as well as a number of aviation start up companies such as Bye Aerospace and Adam Aircraft. In his diverse leadership positions he has guided teams through complex organizational change, leadership development, R&D technology readiness programs, aerospace new product developments, and certification projects. Philip brings his experience as a results-driven communicator in international teams, directly to Adastrium LLC clients. He holds a pilot license and is an active aviator and sailor.
