Program Management and technical leadership for a major Aerospace Tier 1 Supplier programs, including:

• New Primary Flight Control system developments for major business jet OEM primary flight control system; including managing Technology Readiness Levels, system architecture, LRUs, lab prototypes, iron bird units, DO-160/-178/-254 DAL requirements management, Safety of Flight conformity and testing, flight testing.
• Advanced sensor development programs, for deployment in primary flight control Human Interface Devices; management of trade studies, platform development, and international certification plans, as well as business case analysis, production and industrialization efforts.
• Large helicopter major system upgrade; including project and technical management of system development and commercialization, software development, systems design and verification, component qualification, EMI and environmental testing, flight testing and fielding support.
